Recently, I hosted my grandkids for a few days of “Cousin Camp” or at our house, what we call “Lovie Camp” my grandma named. I plan crafts, fun activities and let the cousins have a great time together. It was fabulous. I was inspired by a book written by Susan Alexander Yates called Cousin Camp. It’s a helpful guidebook full of ideas, hilarious stories and everything I needed from initial planning to a daily schedule and specific ways to build friendships among my family members. Grandparents. at a time when our families are scattered and lasting connections are hard to forge, you can bring the family together by hosting a “Cousin Camp.”
