Like grandchildren, grandparents come in all shapes, sizes and personalities. Some are doting and supportive while others are discouraged and frustrated. But my friends, I want to encourage you to be what we call an intentional Christian grandparent. An intentional Christian grandparent is awakened to their God-given role to reach the hearts of the third and fourth generations with the eternal truth of the gospel of Christ.
The primary way you can share the gospel with your grandchildren is through your personal relationship. Being alert to teachable moments and sensitive to the needs of each. Your genuine love and connection are the highway to their hearts.
