Hey there. What’s your favorite Christmas song?
Oh, how I look forward to Christmas music all year long. But I’m not talking about Frosty the Snowman or Jingle Bells. Those songs are fun. But I love to hear music that it reminds me of.
The true meaning of Christmas songs have always been part of the Christmas story, beginning with the songs of the angels declaring glory to God in the highest and peace to men on whom his favorite rest. Christmas hymns are an expression of worship and love. How fitting that we sing about the birth of Christ. So turn up the music. Tell your grandkids why we sing, “Joy to the World.“
