I heard someone say faith isn’t taught, it’s caught. Well, that means our grandchildren need to see a living, walking and talking example of Christian faith. Grandparents, we must be the desired destination that we want for everyone in our family, if we want our grandchildren to grow to be people who love, know and walk with God.
You know what? We have to love, know and walk with God. If we want our grandchildren to read the Bible, to pray, to be thankful and to be involved in church, then guess what? We must do these things ourselves. It’s a challenge, I understand. But it’s also God’s command to pass on our Christian faith to generations to come.
