A trip to grandma and Grandpa’s house is special. Grandparents tend to have extra time to dote on their grandkids and often extra gifts to give as well. But sometimes grandkids don’t understand that days with mom and dad can’t always be as fun and carefree as days with their grandparents.
So if your grandchild has started acting up at home, sit down with his parents and make sure you’re on the same page regarding rules and boundaries. Don’t accidentally undo any hard work that mom and dad are trying to do. It takes every family member to raise a child, and beautiful things happen when grandparents and parents work together as one.
