Families are under attack in America today. You know, rapidly changing ideas about sex, relationships and parenting have left many of our grandchildren confused about the purpose of family. But God’s design for family has been clearly stated that in the Bible. Families exist to steward God’s purpose from one generation to the next.
Psalm 78 says he commanded our ancestors to teach their children so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born. And they in turn would tell their children. Then they would put their trust in God. Grandparents, we are here for a time we cannot see. What we do now impacts future generations in our family.
